**How I Started My Commission-Based Dropshipping Business**
A few days ago, I decided to start a business using the skills and knowledge I’ve developed over time. I have four key areas of expertise: website creation, Facebook marketing, content creation, and YouTube. I wanted to combine these to build something meaningful. After much thought, I came up with a commission-based business model, primarily targeting offline shops that want to establish an online presence.
This business is similar to dropshipping, but my focus is on helping these shops transition from offline to online. I aim to build my brand while also testing my capabilities in this field. After planning everything, I approached a local shop with the idea of creating an online store for them. I explained how I could help them grow by managing everything—building the website, creating and handling social media accounts, and taking care of content creation. The shop owner was interested and gave me the green light to proceed.
After negotiating, I decided to take a 10% commission for every sale made through the online shop. I would provide all the necessary services, and once an order was fulfilled, the shop would pay me.
The first step was creating the website and setting up all the social media accounts to build the brand. However, I’ve faced some challenges along the way. One of the biggest was delivery, but after working through it, I found a solution. The second challenge is setting up a payment gateway for online transactions, and I am actively working on resolving that issue.
Throughout this process, I’ve had moments where I felt demotivated. Fortunately, my wife has been my biggest supporter, helping me understand the business better and keeping me focused on my goals.
With the delivery problem solved and the payment gateway on my to-do list, I am confident that I will succeed. I believe in this business and am excited about what lies ahead. I hope to build something great!
